That’s why our Vista daycare pricing is flexible, clear, and easy to access. We offer subsidy programs, sibling discounts, and flexible schedules.

Our rates are tailored to your family’s needs and schedule:
Camera Viewing
At Nite Owl Nursery & Childcare (a division of Ma’ Dukes Corporation), you can check on your child anytime during the day!
We have cameras in every classroom and on the playground. You can log in through an app on your phone to see your child live.
- Monthly Viewing Fee: $10.00
- To start, ask the front desk for details and setup instructions.
- If you don’t want this feature, let us know in writing, and you won’t be charged.
Ages & Hours
We welcome children ages 6 weeks to 9 years old.
Daytime Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Evening Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Registration Fee: $80.00 per family (paid once per year)

Summer Activities
Children ages 4–9 enjoy fun activities like:

They go on one field trip per week and enjoy visits from special guests like:
- Tommy the Clown
- Reptile Man
- Paint Your Art Out
Absent Rates & Discounts
We charge based on attendance as follows:
- 3 or more days per week: full weekly rate
- 1–2 days per week: 20% discount
- 0 days (absent entire week): 30% discount
(Holidays are counted as present. No half-day rates or early pickup discounts.)

Family Discounts
- Multiple Children: $10 off each additional child per week (not valid for after-school programs)
- Active Military Families: $10 off per week

Returned Checks & Late Pickups
- Returned Check Fee: $35 per returned check
- Late Pickup Fee: $2.00 per minute, per child, after closing time
Late pickup is only allowed in emergencies and not part of regular care.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, Cash, and Money Orders.
You can also pay online at myprocare.com or through our website.
Payment Schedule:
- Tuition is due every Monday.
- If not paid by Tuesday closing, a $15 late fee is added on Wednesday.
- After that, a $10 fee per day is added until full payment is received.
Children with unpaid balances cannot return the following Monday.
We do not carry balances or hold accounts for more than one week.
You may pay bi-weekly or monthly in advance.
A 2-week written notice is required if you plan to withdraw your child.
