Step 1 – Contact Us to Discuss Availability and Needs
The first step is to have a simple conversation. This will help us find a program and space that fits your family's needs. Since we offer unique services like overnight and drop-in care, availability can shift quickly.
We encourage you to call our office directly at 442-888-2250. You can also secure Contact Form to submit your preliminary request. During this first contact, a member of our enrollment team will check availability for your child's age group. This includes Infant, Toddler, Preschool, or School-Age. They will also talk about your needed hours, whether daytime, evening, or overnight.
We will explain the required documents and check your eligibility for our subsidy programs. This will help make your enrollment easier. This personal attention ensures no time is wasted gathering unnecessary paperwork.
Step 2 – Prepare and Submit Required Documents
Once availability is confirmed, the next step involves gathering the necessary paperwork. This document makes sure we have all the important medical, legal, and contact information. This helps us give the safest and most personalized care for your child. We also follow California state licensing rules.
To streamline the process, families will need to provide:
- Completed Enrollment Application: This form, provided directly by our staff, confirms your contact details, program choices, and agreements.
